University of Technology donates Computers to Kano Police Command

The Management of Kano State University of Science and Technology Wudil has donated a number of Desktop Computers and printers to the Kano State Police Command week end. 
Vice Chancellor of the University Professor Shehu Alhaji Musa while presenting the computers to the State commissioner of police Shu’aibu Dikko stated that the donation and the visit “is necessary to show our appreciation for your efforts in ensuring that we sleep with our two eyes closed.”
Musa explained that kano Police command deserves Commendation in ensuring safety of the people of the State.
The State Commissioner of Police Shu’aibu Dikko In his response appreciates the Management of the University for extending their helping hands to the command in the spirit of Community Policing. 
Dikko further stated that, doors are always opened for advice. Wherever you see a Policeman deviate from the standard practice for appropriate action.
In a similar vein the Commissioner of Police held meeting with Divisional Traffic Officers (DTOs) in Kano State Metropolis.
He charged Divisional Traffic Officers (DTOs) to be civil, respect Human Rights, Rule of Law, exhibit high level of professionalism and ensure general safety and security of the State. 
He also directed Officers to ensure that the rights and privileges of citizens are respected in line with the laws of the land and in accordance with international best practices.
