PDP Presidential aspirant Bukola Saraki stated that the unity of the People’s Democratic Party PDP before and after the forthcoming Presidential Primaries remains the priority of the aspirants.
Saraki stated this Monday when earlier today, alongside Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, Governor Bala AbdulKadir Muhammad, and Alhaji Hayatudeen visited Governor Ifeanyi Okowa in Delta State to discuss plans for consensus.
Saraki revealed that the aspirants were pleased to note that the host Governor Ifeanyi Okowa was receptive to the idea of consensus building and unity within their ranks during their interactions.
Saraki explained that “Nigerians want to see a stronger and more united PDP that can help to solve the pressing issues of insecurity, job loss, and a struggling economy.”
Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed alongside his Sokoto counterpart, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, the President of the 8th Senate, Abubakar Bukola Saraki and Alhaji Hayatuddeen met at Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja early Monday and set to visit Rivers State governor, Barrister Nyesom Wike.
