Coalition of Ulama Kano State led by Sheikh Abdulwahab Abdallah in a visits to the state Commissioner of Police, Sama’ila Shu’aibu Dikko in his office appreciate the effort of the Police for their sacrifice in ensuring that citizens of the state sleep peaceful. 
In his remarks, Sheikh Shehi Maihula said with assistance from the mighty Allah, the police has made it possible for people to sleep with their eyes closed hence the need to Commend the kano Police Chief and his team. 
Maihula stated that, “we are much aware of your dogged effort in fighting crimes and criminality. Our prayers are always with you”.
In his response, CP Sama’ila Shu’aibu Dikko, appreciates the coalition for recognizing what the Police are doing in Kano.
 He further stated that, “the Police are here because of you and we will ensure that  we continue to sustain the tempo in maintaining peace and stability in the State”. 
The visit ended with prayers for security by the Sheikhs to the Command, the State and the Nation. 

Similarly, the Commissioner of Police, Sama’ila Shu’aibu Dikko, visits Police Children School Bompai Kano. 
The Head Teacher, Hajia Salamatu Yusuf stated that, “words are not enough to express our appreciation. Despite your work schedules, you find time to visit us. We will continue to improve in our activities and to make sure we produce the best”. 
Also, the Head of Department, Quality Assurance Zone 1 Kano, Mrs Hannatu Tauna thanked the CP for the visit and stated that, “the Police Children School Bompai is the best in Zone, as a result of the efforts of the teachers adding that the achievements of the CP makes Kano one of the most peaceful States in Nigeria”. 
In his response; overwhelmed with the reception recieved, CP Sama’ila Shu’aibu Dikko, stated that, the command will continue to give the School all necessary supports and assistance.
 He encourages the teachers to continue with the good work they are doing.
CP Dikko, in continuation of his visits and tours of Police formation in the state commissions Jaba Police Outpost donated by a Community Policing Stakeholder, Alhaji Sabo Zirga Zirga. 
Zirga – Zirga stated that, “whoever is in Kano must appreciate the good work of the Police. They deserve all sort of commendations for ensuring that we live in peace. Police are our friends, we must continue to give them all necessary support and cooperation.” 
The CP also inspected Zaura Police Division in Ungogo LGA constructed by a Community Policing Stakeholder, Alhaji A. A. Zaura.
 The CP thanked the stakeholders for their support and the people of Kano State for their continuous support and cooperation.
