31 police officers decorated with new ranks

Commissioner of Police, Kano State Command, CP Sama’ila Shu’aibu Dikko has decorated newly promoted Senior Police Officers serving in Kano State. 
Two Superintendents of Police were decorated to the rank of Chief Superintendents of Police while Twenty Nine Deputy Superintendents of Police were decorated to the rank of Superintendents of Police. 
In his remark, CP Sama’ila Shu’aibu Dikko while congratulating the newly promoted officers charged them to exhibit high level of professionalism while conducting their lawful duties adding that much is expected from them. 
He pointed out that, higher rank comes with higher responsibilities and challenges while also advising the officers to put in their best in the task ahead and operate with the fear of God.
The CP also, applauded the Inspector General of Police, IGP Alkali Baba Usman for recommending the officers and following up to Police Service Commission for their promotion. 

He also extended IGP’s congratulatory message to the promoted officers, concluding that to whom much is given, much is expected.
In his remark while given vote of thanks, the newly decorated CSP Bashir Musa Gwadabe, O/C Anti Daba Squad appreciate the Inspector General of Police, Alkali Baba Usman, the Police  Service Commission and members of Kano State Police Command Management Team, for finding them worthy and recommending their promotion.
“No amount of words can express our gratitude to our father, our mentor, our teacher, our trainer, our adviser, our role-model, our Commissioner of Police, our Nagari-Nakowa, CP Sama’ila Shu’aibu Dikko, fsi for the guidance and encouragement.” 
He further stated that “this promotion will no doubt give us courage, more morale, and will boost our efforts in fighting crimes. We promise to be hard working, discipline, dedicated and operate with the fear of almighty Allah.”
